We offer the following shipping options:
Buyer pays actual shipping costs. Payment Methods If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and American Express for online orders. You may also call 1-704-278-3552 to place an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, it must clear the bank before your order will ship. We also
accept Cashiers checks and Money orders. These orders will ship immediatly upon receipt. Privacy Policy Contact
information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the
purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including
credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Shipping All orders will be shipped via UPS ground/insured with delivery confirmation. Other shipping methods are available upon request. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances unless an error was made on our part. Returns Returns will be accepted with prior authorization. All returns must be accompanied with original packing slip. If there is no error on our part, returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be waived if the full credit from the return is applied to a new order received with the return. We are not responsible for loss or damage in shipping, so be sure to insure packages for full value of merchandise. Please package your returns carefully, in original containers. |
